In this unit, the fixed rim of exterior cover and the moving rim of shaft disc align alternately, and the shaft rotates in high speed creating impacts, cutting and grinding effects, allowing the material to be crushed into powdery consistency. The crushed material then goes through sieves in order to obtain the desired granular size. Depending on the physical natures, the teeth can be designed as cylinders and needles. The casing of the unit can be installed with water bath for better cooling. This is a multifunctional and durable milling system of high efficiency.
